Shuhan Shen is a Professor at Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, an Adjunct Professor at School of Artificial Intelligence, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Vice Director of CAS Engineering Laboratory for Intelligent Industrial Vision.

His research interests focus on 3D computer vision, including large-scale scene 3D reconstruction, embodied robot 3D perception, scene structured 3D modeling, etc. He has published over 100 papers in leading journals and conferences in computer vision, photogrammetry and robotics, such as IEEE TPAMI/TIP, IJCV, ISPRS Journal, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICRA, IROS, etc.

He has won six championships in international 3D vision competitions at CVPR, SIGGRAPH and CAD/CG. He has also won four first-class and one second-class Science and Technology Awards from CAA, CSIG, CSGPC and CAGIS.
